• Ships fast, in more than one box. Your kit’s components ship from multiple warehouses, so expect several tracked packages arriving over a few days — not one big carton. Every package is trackable end to end.
• 30-day returns. Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene and safety, opened or used items can’t be returned.
