The Quality Promise

This is a Christ-centered business, and I believe providing for and protecting your family is a responsibility, not a hobby. That's why I'd rather promise less and keep it. Here's what I can promise, and only what I can promise.

No knockoff tourniquets. Every tourniquet sold here is a genuine, name-brand unit. Counterfeits fail when they're tightened. I will not sell one, at any price.

Every filter is labeled honestly. Each water filter page states what the manufacturer rates it to remove, and states that it is not independently NSF/ANSI certified, because none of the ones I currently carry are. None of them remove viruses, chemicals, or salt, and the page says that too.

No fake sale prices. You won't see a crossed-out price I made up. If a manufacturer's list price is shown, it's theirs.

No fake reviews. A product with no reviews shows no reviews.

Who ships it is on every page. Some items I stock in Texas. Many ship direct from the brand. Each page says which, and every order gets tracking.

What I've used, I say. What I haven't, I don't. If a page says I use something myself, it's true. If it doesn't say that, I'm not claiming it.

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Food, custom-printed goods and hazardous items can't be returned. Damaged or wrong item, email me and I'll fix it.

If I get something wrong, tell me. reuben@covenantprepco.com goes to me, not a help desk.

Stand Ready. Stay Unbreakable.
