About Me
I'm Reuben. Covenant Prep Co is a one-man shop in Texas. I pick the products, write the pages, pack the kits, and answer the emails. When you write in, you get me.
I didn't come to preparedness through a YouTube rabbit hole. I came to it through years of running toward the things most people run from. I served in the Marine Corps. Now I work as a firefighter/EMT. I've seen what the first minutes and hours look like for a family that wasn't ready, and I've seen how little it takes to change that outcome. Usually it isn't a bunker. It's water in the closet, a light for each kid, and a plan everyone knows.
But it wasn't until I became a father, and deepened my walk with Christ, that all of it locked into one clear conviction:
It is my responsibility, before God and before my family, to make sure they are safe and prepared for whatever comes.
That conviction became Covenant Prep Co.
What I believe
This is a Christ-centered business. Preparedness isn't fear; it's faith in action. Proverbs 27:12 says, "A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions." God gave us families to provide for and protect, and that job requires preparation. Building resilience for your household isn't a sign of anxiety. It's a sign of love, stewardship, and trust that He gave us the wisdom to act.
You won't find sermons on this site. You'll find gear and plain talk. But you should know where I'm coming from.

How I run the store
