This Individual First Aid Kit is built around the same principles taught in military Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). As a firefighter/EMT, I've seen what uncontrolled hemorrhage does in the field. The IFAK exists to give you the tools to act before EMS arrives — because in a real emergency, that window matters.
